Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery within Southeast Asia takes 3–7 business days, and international orders take 7–15 business days.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Standard shipping is free on orders over USD $49, and a flat rate applies below that. Cash on delivery (COD) is available for selected regions.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: A tracking number is emailed when your order ships, and you can also check it under your account.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, with all tags and packaging intact. Sale items are final.
Q: How do I get a refund?
A: Contact 0810lamshop@gmail.com with your order number. Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days.

Q: How do I choose my size?

A: MADLION is our performance apparel brand and LEYORA is our functional footwear brand, both under LAMSHOP.
