Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at LAMSHOP. We want you to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to help.

7-Day Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Sale and clearance items are final and are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

Contact us at 0810lamshop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

For a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order to ensure availability.
