Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with LAMSHOP. Here is everything you need to know about how we deliver your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over USD $49. Orders below this amount are charged a flat shipping rate shown at checkout. Cash on delivery (COD) is available for selected regions.

Delivery Time

Domestic orders within Southeast Asia typically arrive in 3–7 business days. International orders usually take 7–15 business days. Delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or customs processing.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed once your order is dispatched. You can also view order status under your account.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees determined by the destination country; these are the customer's responsibility.

Address Changes

Please contact us immediately at 0810lamshop@gmail.com if you need to change your address. We cannot redirect an order once it has shipped.
